Bratislava - das Tor zum Flat-Tax Land Slowakei

Gemeinsam mit der Stadt und der slowakischen Wirtschaft erlebt der Flughafen Bratislava einen Höhenflug. Bei abgefertigten Flugpassagieren gibt es Wachstumsraten von bis zu 50%. In den kommenden Jahren erwartet den Flughafen der slowakischen Hauptstadt mit einem neuen strategischen Partner eine internationale Aufholjagd. Ziel ist die Etablierung der Flugdestination Bratislava im starken Wettbewerbsumfeld der Flughäfen Wien, Budapest und Prag. Kein Verdrängungswettbewerb ist angekündigt, sondern der boomende Markt soll auf die Region aufteilt werden. Wie das tatsächlich ablaufen wird, darüber scheiden sich die Expertenmeinungen. Unter den monatlich rund 100.000 Flugpassagieren von Bratislava haben Geschäftsleute einen bedeutenden Anteil.
Und sie haben nicht nur einen Grund für die Reise nach Bratislava. Ihnen präsentiert sich eine dynamisch wachsende Volkswirtschaft, die für Investitionen günstige Bedingungen schafft.
Einer der Wachstumsmotoren für das Land war die erfolgreiche Aufholjagd bei der EU-Erweiterung. Als die Slowakei am 1. Mai 2004 der EU beitrat, gehörte die ausgestandene Mühsal der Vergangenheit an. Wirtschaftsstandort Bratislava

Der Antrag dazu ist beim örtlich zuständigen Gewerbeamt zu stellen.
Für Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung ist die Registrierung im Handelsregister zwingend vorgeschrieben. Für die Aufnahme ins Handelsregister sieht das Gesetz eine Frist von 5 Werktagen vor, sofern die Anträge des Unternehmens vollständig eingebracht werden. Um Förderungsmittel für ausländische Unternehmensgründer und Investoren kann bei der Slowakischen Agentur für Auslandsinvestitionen SARIO (www.sario.sk) und bei der Agentur zur Förderung von Klein und Mittelbetrieben NADSME (www.nadsme.sk) angefragt werden.
